Refund Policy
Awtter is a subscription tool with usage-limited digital exports.
Last updated: June 18, 2026Subscription cancellations
You can cancel future renewals through the billing portal. Access normally remains available until the end of the paid billing period.
Canceling does not automatically remove generated project files from your account.
Refund requests
Refunds are reviewed case by case for duplicate charges, billing mistakes, failed access, or serious service errors.
Because generated export files are digital deliverables, completed exports are generally not refundable unless Awtter caused the export failure or billing error.
Failed generations
Failed or policy-blocked jobs do not intentionally consume an export credit. If a credit is consumed without successful export files, contact support for correction.
Payment failures may place an account into a restricted or past-due state until Stripe confirms recovery.
Email support before checkout if you need billing, refund, or policy clarification.
